1. Products can be returned only if you have received the product in a damaged condition or if the product cannot be authenticated using the TRUESEAL sticker, for any reason. In any case, the product should be in sealed condition. We are unable to take returns, for cases where the taste or smell is not to one’s liking.
2. In case of a damaged product, please Initiate the return from the “My orders” section of our website. It will prompt you to share certain product details like contact number, address and return pick up slot, as well as reason for return. You will need to upload a short video of the product, highlighting the defect, so that our team can understand the problem. Once you have submitted those details, our customer care team will contact you over phone.
